The standard charges for Owl Cottage are:£840 per week for 3 or 4 adult guests. For any booking starting during July and August the charges are:£990 per week for 3 or 4 adult guests.
An initial part payment of £100 is required to confirm a booking. This should be paid within 10 days of reserving the cottage. The balance (including the remainder of the rent and any security deposit) is due at least 10 weeks before the start of a booking.

In general there are no additional charges, booking fees or VAT and the above charges include the exclusive use of the swimming pool, sauna and hot tub as well as the provision of all linen and towels. Normal costs of heating, washing, lighting and cooking are also included.
If you have to cancel then rental deposits and balances are refundable in full provided the cottage can be re-let for the period. Security deposits are always refundable in the event of cancellation. It is strongly recommended that you take out holiday insurance to cover any need to cancel the booking.
