The standard charges for Owl Cottage are:
- £540 per week for 2 guests
- £640 per week for 3 or 4 guests.
For any booking starting during July and August the charges are:
- £640 per week for 2 guests
- £840 per week for 3 or 4 guests.
These latter charges also apply for those weeks containing Xmas Day or New Year's Day.
An initial payment of £100 is required to confirm a booking. This should be paid within 10 days of reserving the cottage. The balance (including the remainder of the rent and any security deposit) is due at least 10 weeks before the start of a booking.
Short breaks are available during December and January at £100 per night for 2 guests and £125 per night for 3 or 4 guests. A minimum of 3 nights must be boooked.
A security deposit of £100 is required. This security deposit is payable with the balance of the rent and will be returned (less any costs for damages/losses/breakages) within 2 weeks of the completion of the stay at the cottage.
Cheques should be payable to RJ & L Holloway.
There are no additional charges, booking fees or VAT and the above charges include the exclusive use of the swimming pool, sauna and hot tub as well as the provision of all linen and towels. All costs of heating, lighting and cooking are also included.
If you have to cancel then rental deposits and balances are refundable in full provided the cottage can be re-let for the period. Security deposits are always refundable in the event of cancellation. It is strongly recommended that you take out holiday insurance to cover any need to cancel the booking.
Sorry because of the style of the facilities (swimming pool, hot tub etc) no animals are allowed (except for guide dogs) . The cottage is strictly no smoking including the surrounding grounds.
