To request a booking for the cottage please provide the following information as a minimum either by phone, email or post (see contacts page for details):
Weekly bookings run from Friday afternoon (arrival after 4.00pm) to the following Friday morning (departure before 10.00am).
Please note that the restrictions on bookings are:
no pets, no smoking and all guests must be at least 18 years old and at least one should be over 25.
- Number and names of guests and confirmation that they are all adults
- Contact name, address, email address and phone number
- Requested arrival date
- Requested departure Date

If cancellation is necessary then the deposit is fully refundable provided the cottage can be re-let at the full amount.
The balance for weekly bookings must be received at least 10 weeks prior to the start of the holiday, again if cancellation is necessary, then this will be refunded provided the cottage can be re-let.

It is strongly recommended that you take out holiday insurance to cover for the possibility of a cancellation.
The conditions regarding ages of guests changed in September 2009, any bookings taken before the changes will of course be honoured.

Once a booking has been accepted then a £100 deposit is required within 10 days to confirm it.
